Like most everyone, I have a pretty negative view of my physical self. I see all the flaws that, honestly, most other people don't see.
So to your 'to do' list today, and everyday from now on.....go look in the mirror....really look at yourself and tell yourself this:
I LOVE YOU!
That's it.
Trust me. Everyday from now on, if you do this, you will be amazed. You will love you. I promise.
